Prof. A.A TALUKHABA – Professional Quantity Surveyor

Prof Alfred Talukhaba is a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor having worked on diverse Construction projects on the Client side. He has gained over 40 years’ experience working in Kenya and South Africa.

Prof Talukhaba is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council of Quantity Surveying Profession (PrQS) and the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (Reg QS). He is also registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (PrCPM).

He is proficient in estimating, cost planning, procurement and tendering, measurements and preparation of Bills of Quantities, valuation & payments, variations orders evaluations, claims evaluations, financial appraisal, and cost management, prepare reports and final accounts and competent in Project Management. He is a lead Quantity Surveyor for quite a number and diverse projects with exposure to various types of Construction works namely: Building Works, Civil Works, Mechanical and Electrical works, for new works and refurbishment.
